It became well-known for its 'Potential Over- performer' small stocks that made very large gains. AST Research + 350%; Cedar Fair + 135%; PEC Israel +155%; Justin Industries + 256%, to name a few.

It was one of the very few that also made short- sale recommendations, having considerable success with its 'Potential Underperformers'.

GM +46%; Apple Computer +43%; AST Research + 48%; Conner Peripherals +54%, to name a few.

To this day there are still almost no independent sources providing both stocks to buy and short-sale recommendations.
